Plantronics Senior manager of Retail Sales, Greater China in United States
Reporting to the Vice-President for Sales and Marketing, Asia Pacific, this position will drive the Company’s Retail Sales & Marketing in Greater China (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan) through channel network, S/he will be responsible for meeting assigned revenue targets and strategic objectives, lead a small team of field sales and marketing managers, lead the Partner (Distributors & Resellers) Business.
S/he will develop and implement the multi-channel market plan and strategies. S/he must be able to conceptualize, develop an effective strategy to recognize relevant business opportunities, to select appropriate channels and distributors, as well as execute the strategy.

More specifically, the ideal candidate is someone who has
A degree from a reputable University
A proven track record of Consumer Business Development in Greater China
Strong relationships with large China Consumer Retail Businesses e.g. Gome, Sunning etc.
Experience with Consumer Sales of Bluetooth, Mobile Phones, Accessories etc.
Strong relationships with Mobile Carriers e.g. China Mobile, China Unicom etc.
Considerable knowledge of e-Commerce in China e.g. TaoBao, TMall, JD.com, Amazon etc
Bi-lingual skills in English and Mandarin
